the lapse between each of my blog posts will decrease as my roommate's feelings for his girlfriend increase. last night i had a dream about her. she had four toes on each foot and no knees. other than that she seemed okay. i predict that my blog will become my new best friend.
seriously, i have to keep telling myself that if he's happier now with her then i should be happy and support it, even if it means that i will lose some (or maybe most or maybe all) of him to her. with friends, family, tv, music, gym and pizza, i'll get through this transition. other things await me i know.

Four toes and no knees? This must have some hidden meaning. Your roommate finds a girlfriend and you're the one dreaming about her. Isn't there some quote from Shakespeare that covers this? The Bible? Ben Franklin? Come on everybody – let’s have a contest. Where’s Matt H….. when you need him?
