SkypeOut going Up

so i guess starting January 18th, 2007 SkypeOut will begin charging an additional ≤ .05 cents for each SkypeOut call made. the fee is being advertised as a "innovative" connection fee. Grrr.... what's funny is this: look at their homepage or just click on the snapshot image below (taken today 12/25/2006 6pm; GMT+9 time zone). click on image for larger version and look at the word that i've highlighted.

that's novel. most companies try to make new changes ~less~ disruptive; but no, not Skype. their aim: total disruption.
