this is a clip from a UK tv show called Hustle which i find to be really fun to watch. as the name suggests, it's a show about the game of hustling but the twist is that the group of hustlers, or grifters as they call themselves, only con crooks (very robin hood-esque) but invariably their Plan A falls apart and the team must work together to spontaneously put into place a Plan B in order to pull off the scam successfully. it's terribly funny.
the brunette and the two guys standing next to her in this clip are the hustlers and they want to buy this low-quality horse (and eventually sell it as a high-quality winning race horse) but to maximize their profits, they try hard to reduce the cost of putting their scam into action. the leader of the group is negotiating the price of the horse and well it just made me laugh and delighted me enough to go through the effort of snipping the bit out of the entire video file, uploading it to youTube and then making a post about in on my blog.
after all of that fluffing, i wouldn't be surprised if no one thinks it's as funny as i do. anyway...
