Street cleaners wash the plaza in front of City Hall yesterday as part of a test of a program called “Seoul Clean Day.” The Seoul city government said every fourth Wednesday will be designated as a clean-up day for the roads and pedestrian walks. The first official monthly cleaning will be March 28.
